Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) Service

Most interstate carriers are required to register and pay fees annually under the Unified Carrier Registration Agreement before operating. This is done by filing a UCR application with the state your company is based in. If your company is based in a non-UCR state, you’ll need to file with a neighboring state.

Our team can seamlessly handle your initial UCR registration and also have your annual UCR renewals submitted on time!

What is Unified Carrier Registration (UCR)?

The Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) is part of a federally-mandated program where states collect fees from motor carriers and other entities based on the number of qualifying commercial motor vehicles in their fleets. Most interstate carriers are required to register and pay fees annually under the Unified Carrier Registration Agreement before operating. This is done by filing a UCR application with the state your company is based in. If your company is based in a non-UCR state, you’ll need to file with a neighboring state.

It’s important not to make a mistake regarding vehicle count because by misreporting vehicles you can end up paying more in UCR fees than required or be subject to review if the vehicle count is underreported.

Our team can seamlessly handle your initial UCR registration and have your annual UCR renewals submitted on time!
